How It Works

We will be pleased to discuss your requirements and will reserve your new home for you on completion of a Reservation form and payment of an initial deposit of £500. Details of your solicitors will be required, and if necessary, we will be pleased to assist you in obtaining a mortgage. If this reservation agreement is cancelled, Cripps Developments will return the reservation fee less their reasonable administrative and other costs. 

Reserving a Property

Once your reservation has been made a period of 28 days from the date your solicitor receives draft documentation is stipulated, during which time contracts need to be exchanged. 10% deposit is required on exchange of contract.

Completion Dates

These are given for guidance only, and you will be updated of any variations that may be necessary.

Estate Charges

There will be an Estate charge to pay annually on the development.  (eg. The current budget for this is £149.88 for Martham 25/07/2022).
